We can accomodate an agency loan up to 300% of annual commission revenue for agency acquisition, perpetuation and/or cash flow. Our funding sources can extend an agency loan secured against renewal income. Insurance agent/brokers who write direct business can qualify for our agency loan program. An insurance agency loan is defined as a loan securitized against insurance policy renewal income. Most agents who write directly with carriers can qualify for an insurance agency loan.
